DAY TWO (Genting Highlands) Ohh second day is definitely for the Outdoor Theme Park!     I'm not kidding when i say there's not much change to that place, except maybe for the worse? The pirate train ride was spoilt, yet they still let people in. The lights and mechanical movements of the dummies were missing. The dinosaur head in Dinosaur land was missing HAHAHA! But! They had new rides (as in from 8 years ago, you know.) the Flying Coaster- which seemed extremely fun! But Celisse was CHICKEN, then i didn't want to be seen sitting alone, so i gave it a missed >: Okay and it looked quite scary also. Hahaha! And there's the Viking Ship, my absolute favourite in any amusement park!   Except for the Space Shot (which i swore never to sit again, hahaha!) and those kiddish rides, we sat everything. My parents even took the Family coaster with us! Did i mention the Rolling Thundermine is a COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT?! We had this impression it was the best ride, and it was only so-so :<        In about 4 hours, we got tired and exited the place. Headed indoors for some shopping and we went to the Ripley's Believe it Or Not exhibition at First World. For Sgd$9 only we got to see 500+ exhibitions in rooms that seem never ending i swear.          Then it was back to the room for nap then dinner! Dinner was at this Chinese Restaurant at Highland Hotel, which we used to patronised whenever we came in the past. Ahhh! Such memories!! Afterwards my parents left for casino and we went bowling again! Even after finishing 2 games, we stayed to watch people play while enjoying the good music! I still didn't manage to sleep well again the second night. Mahmudah said it's because of my insecurities that's why i have difficulties sleeping in hotel rooms. The last day was really short, left shortly after breakfast and shopping at Watson's (cheaper la!) I thought the trip was super fun and a good getaway! But if we were to stayed on for another day, i don't think we would have anything else to do. Hahaha! I love the cloudiness(?) at Genting also man! Can't wait to go again! (Would bring someone braver than Celisse go of cause. I want to sit Flying Coaster ha!)  |
